The programmes are offered through the Centre for Distance Education, specially set up for the purpose (brochure enclosed). The University wishes to offer a special package tailored to meet the needs and requirements of your industry. Some of the salient features that can be offered include:

• The employees can be sponsored or subsidized by you in which case we can work out details regarding terms and conditions for the student as required by you.
• The interactive sessions can be held at your premises exclusively for your employees.
• The dates and timing of the interactive sessions can be flexible and can be fixed by you in consultation with us.
• Special electives can be designed to suit your industry's area of specialization and offered to your employees.
• Courses that form part of your training can be considered as a course of the programme on special request by the industry (not individual student). However the course has to be approved by the appropriate Academic Bodies of the University.
• Employees going abroad on assignments can continue after they return (by taking a break for the required number of semesters).
• Employees transferred can shift to another centre if our University also has a centre there either for your industry or a general study centre.
• Courses that form part of your training can be considered as a course of the program on special request by the industry (not individual student). However the course has to be approved by the appropriate academic bodies of the University.

The points discussed are but an indication. We would prefer that a minimum of 100 employees from a single campus get registered for a programme so as to enable us to offer the above facilities.
